TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
The exhibition is open to:
- companies;
- teams under various legal status;
- persons working in the field of high building and safety technologies.
Participants of the Festival are requested to submit the following items:
- Application form (2 copies);
- Main points of the reports within the seminar programme;
- Illustrated materials.
A company or a person whose application have been confirmed are considered participants
of the Festival as soon as they have paied a registration fee and made an agreement
of participation.
Registration fee:
The participant of the exhibition is provided with:
- up to 10 sq meters of exhibition area;
- structures;
- fascia panel name;
- general lighting systems;
- security service;
- cleaning;
- 3 invitation tickets to the awarding ceremony;
- advertising, information and organizational support.

A member of the seminar programme is provided with:
- report time, no more than 30 minutes in the hall for 200 sits;
- 2 sq meters of the wall;
- all necessary technical facilities: microphone, 2 monitors of 135sm diagonal,
video-tape recorder, computer CD-Rome, projector, distribution of ad-materials in
the centre for Architecture and construction "Don ma Brestskoy";
- distribution of ad-materials in the centre for architecture and construction "Dom
na Brestskoy" during 3 weeks;
- sending of the invitations;
- 3 invitation tickets.

PAYMENT IS MADE:
- in rubles
- At the conversion rate of the Moscow Interbank Foreign Currency Exchange on the date
of payment through the accountancy service of the Mosarchinform or by a bank transfer
