TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
The festival is open to:
- teams under various legal status;
- individual authors working in the field of interiors planning and implementation;
- firms dealing with interior equipment, decorating materials, lighting.
Participants of the Festival are requested to submit the following items:
- Application form (2 copies);
- Pictures and descriptions of the proposed exhibits (photos, slides, printed matters, video cassettes, Explanatory note);
- Supposed scheme of exhibition stand (for firms).
All presented materials are examined by an expert group. Further, the application
forms are registered upon the results of expert conclusion and a list of exhibitors
is drawn up based on confirmed applications.
Deadline for applications: February 25, 2006.

A company or an author (with confirmed application) is considered a participant of
the Festival as soon as they pay a registration fee and make an agreement of participation.
Registration fee:
The participant of the festival is provided with:
- publication 1 page in catalogue of the festival;
- 1 copy of the catalogue;
- up to 10 sq meters of exhibition area;
- structures;
- fascia panel name;
- general lighting systems;
- security service;
- cleaning;
- 3 invitation tickets to the awarding ceremony;
- advertising, information and organizational support.

A member of the competition can exhibit 1 or several items for competition.
A member of the competition is provided with:
- publication 1 page in catalogue of the festival;
- 1 copy of the catalogue;
- 3 sq. meters of the wall or floor surface (high 2.0 meters, wide 1.4 meters or high 2.0 meters, wide 1.0 meter and 1.0 sq. Meters of the floor);
- structures;
- fascia panel name;
- general lighting systems;
- security service;
- cleaning;
- 3 invitation tickets to the awarding ceremony;
- advertising, information and organizational support.

If an entrant can not be present on the Festival, its design is to be contained in
a single package and sent, carriage paid, to arrive not later than the 15th of March, 2006.
Please note that we refuse to accept any design on the ground of late delivery, not
paid customs duty, etc.

Technical requirements:
For pictures:
- Format: jpg (quality no less than 80%), tiff
- dimensions no less than 800x600pix and no more than 1600x1200pix
- resolution 72dpi
For text information:
- Format: doc (Microsoft Word)
All information may be sent by one or some E-mail messages.
Message volume should not be more than 1 Mb.
Some tips : you should use archive programmes (zip, rar, arj) for compression of sending data.

PAYMENT IS MADE:
- in rubles
- At the conversion rate of the Moscow Interbank Foreign Currency Exchange on the date
of payment through the accountancy service of the GUP "ITC Moscomarchitecture"

Presentations:
Presentations are to be approved by the organization committee. To be included in
the Event overview an application form is to be submitted to the organizing committee
no later than the 15th of February, 2006.
Complementary services:
Equipment, furniture, lighting, loading/unloading, assembling/disassembling, etc.
These services are paid separately at the rate of EXPONIC company.
