TERMS OF PARTICIPATION


Participants of the Festival are requested to submit the following items:

  1. Application form;
  2. Information for the catalogue;
  3. Plans, graphics, models. Scale is up to the entry;

One or more objects can be included in several categories.


To be included in the exhibition catalogue:

For entries

  • Name of the firm and the architect;
  • Photos of the architects;
  • text.

For exhibits:
  • printing advertising page .

Deadline for applications: March 1, 2007. A company or an author (with confirmed application) is considered a participant of the Festival as soon as they pay a registration fee and make an agreement of participation.

If an entrant can not be present on the Festival, its design is to be contained in a single package and sent, carriage paid, to arrive not later than the 1st of March, 2007.

Please note that we refuse to accept any design on the ground of late delivery, not paid customs duty, etc.

In this case an entry should send also the sketch of your stand according to which we place your materials. We print at high quality plotter.

All projects may be sent by E-mail (info@dom6.ru).

Technical requirements:

For pictures:

  1. Format: jpg (quality no less than 80%), tiff ;
  2. dimensions no less than 800x600pix and no more than 1600x1200pix;
  3. resolution 72dpi ;

For text information:

  1. Format: doc (Microsoft Word).

All information may be sent by one or some E-mail messages.
Message volume should not be more than 1 Mb.
Some tips : you should use archive programmes (zip, rar, arj) for compression of sending data.

Registration fee:

For entries 6000 rubles. per 3 sq.m

Category « Object installation» - 12000 rubles per 10 sq. m

Category «Ì3» - free (1õ1õ1m3)

Each entry may present more than one object.

An entry is provided with:
  • publication 1 page in catalogue of the festival;
  • 1 copy of the catalogue;
  • 3 sq. meters of the wall or floor surface (high 2.0 meters, wide 1.4 meters or high 2.0 meters, wide 1.0 meter and 1.0 sq. Meters of the floor);
  • Category « Object installation» - 10sq.m
  • Category «Ì3» - 1 õ 1 õ 1 m;
  • structures;
  • fascia panel name;
  • general lighting systems;
  • security service;
  • cleaning;
  • 3 invitation tickets to the awarding ceremony;
  • advertising, information and organizational support.
For participants of the exhibition 8000 rubles per 1 sq.m

The participant of the festival is provided with:
  • publication 1 page in catalogue of the festival;
  • 1 copy of the catalogue;
  • from 10 sq meters of exhibition area;
  • structures;
  • fascia panel name;
  • general lighting systems;
  • security service;
  • cleaning;
  • 3 invitation tickets to the awarding ceremony;
  • advertising, information and organizational support.

PAYMENT IS MADE:

  • in rubles

At the conversion rate of the Moscow Interbank Foreign Currency Exchange on the date of payment through the accountancy service of the GUP "ITC Moscomarchitecture"

Deadline for applications for complementary services: March 1, 2007.

Internet:

Placement of information (the 1 page of the catalogue) in the Internet network throughout year:
For participants of the exhibition: 4000 rubles.  
For participants of the competition: 2000 rubles.  

Presentations:

Presentations are to be approved by the organization committee. To be included in the Event overview an application form is to be submitted to the organizing committee no later than the 2nd of February, 2007..
