TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

To participate in the Conference you have to register by filling in and forwarding to the Organizing Committee the registration form specified in the respective paragraph. The registration form has to reach the Organizing Committee not later than September 15, 2005 either by fax (+7 095 250-1471) or by email (pereslegin@ggk.mos.ru; melnichenko@ggk.mos.ru) or by registered airmail (4th Floor, #8, 2nd Brestskaya Street, 125047 Moscow, Russia - Service of the urban cadastre of Moscow)

There is no conference fee for participation in the Experts Group Meeting (EGM).

For the convenience of the interested participants the Organizing committee proposes "Package of Participant" that includes the following services:

• Booking of a single room in a hotel (3*, 4* or 5*) and accommodation for 3 nights including breakfast;
• Transfers from an airport (railway station) to a hotel and vise-versa;
• Cultural program (Oct. 25);
• Reception (Oct. 26);
• One of the city tours B-1, B-2 or B-3 (Oct. 27);
• File of EGM's materials;
• Medical insurance for the period 24 - 28.10.05 with USD 30 000 coverage;
• Visa support including the cost of visa.

The cost of the "Package of Participant" for one delegate amounts to:

** For the participants from the countries with the economy in transition there is a rebate of 50%.

The cost of the "Package of Participant" for one delegate amounts to:

• Rubles 12000 for the Russian delegates;
• Euro 500 or equivalent in Rubles for the delegates from CIS countries;
• Euro 1150 or equivalent in US Dollars for the delegates from the other countries.

The "Package of Participant" must be paid before September 15, 2005.

To provide visa support, make hotel reservation and issue a card of participant you have to send together with the registration form a copy of your passport (pages with your photo, name, information about place and date of issue as well as expiry date) as well as to indicate the place of collection of the visa.

The "Package of Participant" will be refunded in full less an administrative charge of 10% provided Cancellation is received by the Organizing Committee before October 10, 2005. Refunds will be made within one month after the Conference. We regret that cancellations received after October 10, 2005 cannot be refunded. Substitutions are acceptable before October 15, 2005 without financial loss.

You will receive your registration confirmation by email as soon as possible but not later than one week after the receipt of your registration form (if you fail to provide your email address, allow two weeks to receive your confirmation).
