TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
For competition it is necessary to submit:
- Application form (2 copies).
- Pictures and descriptions of the proposed exhibits
(photos, slides, printed matters, video cassettes, Explanatory note);
- Suggested display layout - for participants of the exhibition.

The Catalogue:
Participants of the Exhibition are requested to submit the following for the catalogue:
- Ready-made promotional module
Participants of the Competition are requested to submit the following for the catalogue:
- Company name or full name of a participant;
- Photos of participants;
- Explanatory note, address and telephone numbers (by request);
- Photos of objects.
Materials for the catalogue may be sent by e-mail:

Registration fee:
A participant of the exhibition is provided with:
- publication 1 page in catalogue of the exhibition;
- 1 copy of the catalogue;
- 10 sq and more meters of exhibition area;
- structures;
- fascia panel name;
- general lighting systems;
- security service;
- cleaning;
- invitation tickets;
- general advertising, information and organizational support.

Realized and unrealized projects are allowed to compete.
List of material presented to the competition:
- Pilot plans, sections, computer drawing, models illustrating project suggestion.
Scale is chosen by a participant;
- Photos from life before a project is realized and with a realized one (preferably);
- Note with explanations of taken decisions, recommendations and economic suggestions.
A member of the competition is provided with:
- publication 1 page in catalogue of the exhibition;
- 1 copy of the catalogue;
- 3 sq. meters of the wall or floor surface (high 2.0 meters, wide 1.4 meters or high 2.0 meters, wide 1.0 meter and 1.0 sq. meters of the floor);
- structures;
- fascia panel name;
- invitation tickets;
- general advertising, information and organizational support;
- Internet support (placement of information).
If an entrant can not be present on the Festival its design is to be contained in
a single package and sent, carriage paid, to arrive not later than the 20th of October, 2010. Please, note that We refuse to accept any design on the ground of late delivery,
not paid customs duty, etc. All materials for the catalogue and payment for participation are to be got by the organizers no later than 8th of October, 2010.
There are two ways of participation in that case:
- sending all materials printed on the plotters by post. We will fix them on the wall.
- sending all materials + sketch of your stand by e-mail dom@dom6.ru.
Then your works are printed on the printer with photo-quality in format A4.
All materials are fixed according to the sketch of stand.
Each stand is high 2.0 meters, wide 1.4 meters (2x1,5) or 2x1,0 and 1 sq.m of the floor)
Technical requirements:
- For pictures format: jpg or tiff resolution from 150 till 300 dpi
- For text information format: doc (Microsoft Word)
- All information may be sent by one or some E-mail messages.

Complementary services
Equipment, furniture, lighting, loading/unloading, assembling/disassembling, etc. These services are paid separately.
