TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

The competition is open to:

  • teams under various legal status
  • individual designers
  • constructors and building contractors
  • professional periodicals

Participants of the Festival are requested to submit the following items:

  1. Application form (2 copies);
  2. Pictures and descriptions of the proposed exhibits (photos, slides, printed matters, video cassettes, Explanatory note);
  3. Supposed scheme of exhibition stand (for firms).

The Catalogue:

Participants of the Exhibition are requested to submit the following for the catalogue:

  • Ready-made promotional module;
  For participants of the exhibition
Participants of the Competition are requested to submit the following for the catalogue:

  • Company name or full name of a participant;
  • Photos of participants;
  • Explanatory note, address and telephone numbers (by request);
  • Photos of objects.

Materials for the catalogue may be sent by e-mail: pr@dom6.ru, irina@dom6.ru, inna_a@dom6.ru. The deadline - the 1st of May, 2006.



All the presented materials are examined by a selection board. Further, the application forms are registered upon the results of experts conclusion and a list of exhibitors is drawn up on the ground of on confirmed applications.

A company or an author whose application has been confirmed is considered a participant of the Festival as soon as he pays a registration fee and makes an agreement of participation.

Registration fee:

For participants of the competition 5500 rubles 

A competitor is provided with:
  • publication 1 page in catalogue of the festival;
  • 1 copy of the catalogue;
  • 3 sq. meters of the wall or floor surface (high 2.0 meters, wide 1.4 meters or high 2.0 meters, wide 1.0 meter and 1.0 sq. Meters of the floor);
  • structures;
FOR PARTICIPANTS OF THE EXHIBITION:
  • manufacturers, distributors and real estate firms
    		•  2000 USD 

    They are provided with:
    • publication 1 page in catalogue of the festival;
    • 1 copy of the catalogue;
    • up to 10 sq meters of exhibition area;
    • structures;
    • fascia panel name;
    • general lighting systems;
    • security service;
    • cleaning;
    • 3 invitation tickets to the awarding ceremony;
    • 1 copy of a catalogue;
    • advertising, information and organizational and legal support.

    Technical requirements:

    For pictures:
    1. Format: jpg (quality no less than 80%), tiff
    2. dimensions no less than 800x600pix and no more than 1600x1200pix
    3. resolution 72dpi
    For text information:
    1. Format: doc (Microsoft Word)
    All information may be sent by one or some E-mail messages.
    Message volume should not be more than 1 Mb.
    Some tips : you should use archive programmes (zip, rar, arj) for compression of sending data.

    Placement of information in Internet throughout the year

      The 1 page of the catalogue (for 1 year)
      For participants of the competition 30 USD
      For participants of the exhibition 100 USD

    Presentations and seminars:

    Presentations and seminars are held with the permission of Organising Committee. Deadline for an application March 1, 2006. All expenses are taken by firm-organiser.
